Did this in 27 moves. Basically, the white and red goo is strong enough for a single layer bridge. Then, when the other side is woken up, use goo (any kind) and build next to the fire, but don't light up any goo. Then, take a bomb and connect it to the end of the fire chain to light the bomb. Before it explodes, connect it to the right block to blow up. Then the left block. The rest is cake.
