You spent way to much time building at the end. I did a lot of what you did up to the second to last cloud, after I got over it I switched the balloons and collapsed my structure and let the blade cut it in half so I wouldn't be wasting as much building down. With my little floating island I was able to collect goo from both clouds and hover up to the pipe. in all I was able to get 46 total.
Yep, I wish I had recorded mine. I did the same as Anonymous above, built it up over the blade and strategically let the blade cut it off, keeping it afloat with the balloons. From there it was just a matter of dropping them onto the pipe. 47 total here.
For the first time ever I did better than you! With like three levels left to go in the game, haha. And I'm here now looking for help on a different level.
The secret to this one is the balloons. You don't have to sever your tower or anything. Just make small adjustments with your balloons as you build and this one's actually pretty easy.

Build high to reach balloon.Then use balloon to lowing & cut off the brigde.Then use balloon to move a cutted part and move to a pipe.
