Stick it to the inside at the middle of the bowl.Release it when it's at the deepest point.Then it jumps up to the pipe.
Ooh duh. I have wasted hours trying the same thing over and over again, sticking to the outside of the pipe *palmface* I even used the same technique to try and get outside the wheel!, argh!
