Learn how! Learn how to use your whistle. Blow the whistle to attract the goo balls to unbalance the hanging structure. Wake up the sleeping goo, then send the other way to the pipe.

Beauty and the Electric Tentacle - Chapter 2 - Level 8

How did she get up there? Two ways (that I know of) to complete this level. Only one way will allow you to achieve OCD status. Get the big ball into the crusher and any other balls that the pipe will accept.

Multi-terrain hover mobile! Float your goo structure across the spiky ravine, swapping the floating balls around to make it spin across the sky. Pick up the sleeping goo and then float back to the middle and slowly lower yourself to the pipe to free the goo!
